We’ve got some exciting updates to share as we head intro the final stretch of our Altered Alma campaign. Read on for all the details, dates, and don’t forget to check out some other amazing projects from our friends in the gaming and board game communities!
Our late pledges on Kickstarter are closed now, but don’t worry—if you missed the Kickstarter, we’re opening the late pledges on Backerkit (do not confuse this with the Pledge manager, that will come in the 1st week of November). This will be your final chance to get your hands on some of the same great rewards and content, but note that these exclusives are only available though Kickstarter, soact fast!
Pledge Manager Surveys Coming Soon
Pledge Manager Surveys📝 will be sent out the first week of November via Backerkit. You’ll receive an email at the address connected to your Kickstarter account, so keep an eye out! We will also send you a private message in Kickstarter and a Kickstarter update (just in case). Through the Backerkit pledge manager, you’ll be able to:
Choose your platform (PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC, etc.)
Fill in your shipping address in order to calculate the shipping costs (no worries, you can still change your address in the future if needed).
Provide your Discord Username if you’re eligible for exclusive roles or rewards.
And all the other info we need for your rewards.
Make sure to fill out your surveys as soon as you receive them on the 1st week of November so we can get everything prepped for shipping and rewards!

Today, we’d like to introduce you to another amazing Kickstarter project, but this time it’s a board game!
Our friends from Undigital recently launched a new project on Kickstarter! The name might ring a bell, since we worked with them to create both Altered Alma figurines you saw on our campaign.
Delivery Witches is a pickup and delivery game for 1 to 4 players where, like the video game, we will be apprentice witches who will have to deliver packages to the townspeople to learn to master their powers. The board game is based on a video game called Mika and the Witch's Mountain.
If you’re a fan of board games, make sure to check it out and support their campaign. Who knows, maybe we’ll see more board games based on video games in the future.

We have incredible news, and we are getting close to the €260k thanks to our late pledgers. It feels like it was yesterday when we brought Altered Alma to the public for the first time.
First off, we want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who has backed Altered Alma during our Kickstarter campaign. Your support has been truly incredible, and we can’t wait to deliver this epic cyberpunk journey to you.
💚Kickstarter Late Pledges EXTENDED!
Great news! We’ve extended the Kickstarter late pledges for one more week! So if you haven’t secured your exclusive rewards, you’ll have til October 23rd to get those exclusive rewards!!
Continuing with the good news — late pledges on Backerkit will be opening this after the Kickstarter Pledges close, giving one last opportunity to be part of Altered Alma journey and earning some nice goodies on the way.
However, please note that the limited tiers of the Kickstarter exclusives won't be available once we switch to Backerkit Late Pledges!

We’re excited to announce that the Pledge Manager is coming early November! (It was supposed to be late October, but we moved it to accommodate the late pledges extension). This is a key step for all our amazing backers on Kickstarter.
Through the pledge manager, you’ll be able to:
Select your platform for the game
Set up your shipping details for any physical rewards
Provide your discord nick if you’ve backed a tier with exclusive roles or community rewards
Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox—once the pledge manager is available, we’ll guide you through the process step by step! This will ensure you get the rewards you want, and that everything is ready for launch day.
🌳 FIRST Look at Parc Güell Biome
We’re thrilled to share the first iteration of the Parc Güell biome! This iconic area, inspired by the real-life localizations in Barcelona, is being brought to life with our cyberpunk twist. You’ll be able to explore recognizable landmarks within the game, including the stunning Arc de Triomf (we know… we are taking some liberties with the geographical locations compared to real life Barcelona), which we are leaving a small sneak peek for you to see, and many more places for you to find.
We can’t wait to show you more about the progress of this biome in the near future—stay tuned for updates as we bring these iconic locations to the world of Altered Alma!

Wow, awesome gang, you did it! Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve not only reached our €250k goal but with late pledges, we’ve pushed even further to €258k! This wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you—thank you for helping us bring Altered Alma to life!
🆘Problems with your pledge
If you’re facing issues with your bank, please firstly check with them and make sure they’re allowing the payment to go through. We have also seen people having problems with the Kickstarter app, using the Kickstarter website on a laptop/desktop computer, typically solves this.
You can also check these Kickstarter links on allowed payment methods and common pledge problems. If the problem persists, don’t worry—we can still try to recover your pledge once the Pledge Manager in Backerkit opens.
🔥 Late Pledges Open Until October 16th
Missed the campaign? No worries! Late pledges are OPEN for one more week until October 16th, and they count towards the final stretch goal (VERA Hacking Missions). So if you know someone who still wants to back the game, now’s the time! Every little bit helps us push even further.
📋 Pledge Manager Coming Soon
By the end of the month, we’ll be opening the Pledge Manager via Backerkit. We will gather all the info we need for your rewards—like which platform you want the game on, your name for the credits, and so on.— You’ll also be able to upgrade your pledge or add extra add-ons if you wish.
🙋♀️ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. How do I select the platform I want to receive the game on? You’ll receive a survey via Backerkit in the next few weeks, where you can select your platform and provide any other necessary details for your rewards. We’ll send a Kickstarter update when it’s ready.
2. Can I use another payment method if I can’t pay with a credit/debit card? Kickstarter only allows credit or debit cards, but when the Pledge Manager opens, you’ll have the option to use PayPal.
3. When will the rewards be sent out? All digital rewards will be sent next year, close to the game’s launch. The exclusive Beta is planned for Q2 of 2025.
4. Will there be Spanish or Catalan voice acting, since the game is set in Barcelona? While we would love to add more languages, at this point we can only confirm English voice acting.
5. Can I upgrade my pledge after the campaign has ended? Yes! Once the Pledge Manager opens, you’ll be able to upgrade your pledge and add extra add-ons if you wish.
6. Will there be late pledges available? How long will they stay open? Yes, late pledges are open now until October 16th.
7. Will there be retail options for the game or Collector’s Edition? At the moment, we don’t have plans for retail. If the game does well, we’ll try to explore this option in the future.
8. When will Discord roles be updated, and will there be privileges? Discord roles will be provided after the Pledge Manager opens and we’ve collected your information. Roles won’t have any privileges, except access to the Beta discussion channel.
9. When will the Beta be available? The Beta is planned for Q2 of 2025 and will be on Steam. If you selected a console platform for the full game, you’ll still receive a separate Steam key for the Beta.
